1. Introduction
   This document establishes the Terms and Conditions under which you, as a user, may use the website owned by HPD Contratistas Generales S.A.C., identified with RUC No. 20418528011 and domiciled in Lima, Peru. These terms govern the use of the site, interaction with the services offered, and any agreements made with HPD Glassgroup. By accessing the site or using the services offered, you freely, prior to and knowingly accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, we recommend not using the site or contracting our services.
2. Purpose
   This document aims to establish the legal conditions under which commercial, contractual, and site-use relationships are developed between users and HPD Glassgroup. It also defines access policies, rights and obligations of both parties, contracting mechanisms, guarantees, data use, and dispute resolution procedures. HPD Glassgroup may modify these conditions at any time without prior notice, so we recommend reviewing them periodically.
3. About HPD Glassgroup
   HPD Glassgroup is the commercial brand of HPD Contratistas Generales S.A.C., a Peruvian company dedicated to providing installation services for architectural glass, metal structures, integral façades, aluminum carpentry, and complementary civil works for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Our commitment is based on high quality standards, technical compliance, and specialized customer service.
4. Website use
   El Access to the website is free and open to the public, except for certain content, forms, or requests that may require prior registration or authentication. The user undertakes to use the site ethically, legally, and in accordance with the purposes established. 5. Intellectual property

Users acknowledge they do not acquire any intellectual property rights through the mere use of the site or by contracting services. Any infringement will be handled in accordance with applicable Peruvian intellectual property laws.
6. Services offered
   HPD Glassgroup provides specialized services in the installation of tempered, laminated, insulated, and other types of glass for architectural applications. We also develop integral solutions for structural facades, curtain walls, sliding doors, automatic doors, stainless steel railings, polycarbonate roofs, and other closing systems. All services are offered on a customized basis according to the client’s technical and architectural needs. Any service requires a formal quotation that will be issued after technical analysis of the requirement. HPD reserves the right to accept or reject a service after proper evaluation.
7. Quotation and contracting process
   Clients may request a quotation through the web form, by email, or by phone. Once the request is received, HPD will send a detailed quotation including reference prices, technical conditions, estimated execution times, and payment terms. Acceptance of the quotation must be made in writing, either via email or by signing the document. Once accepted, a contractual commitment between the parties exists. Any subsequent modification must be approved by both parties. Delivery times start with the contract signing and initial payment.
8. Warranties
   HPD provides a warranty for all its products and services as specified in each quotation. The warranty duration varies depending on the type of product (glass, fittings, aluminum, sealants, etc.) and is detailed in the contract. The warranty covers manufacturing, installation, or functional defects under normal conditions of use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, third-party interventions, extreme weather conditions, vandalism, or improper maintenance. For any claim, the client must contact after-sales service and present evidence of the issue. HPD commits to reviewing and, if applicable, repairing or replacing the defective product within a reasonable time.
9. Prices and payment methods
   Quoted prices are expressed in Peruvian soles and include legally applicable taxes. HPD may require an initial payment to start the work, which will not be refundable except in the case of duly justified and accepted cancellations. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, deposits, or cash payments to authorized accounts. Late payments will generate a default interest of 2% per month, without prejudice against other legal actions. HPD reserves the right to suspend services in progress for non-payment.
10. Client responsibilities
    El The client undertakes to: Provide accurate and updated information, allow access to the work area during the agreed schedules, assume the cost of additional work not contemplated in the initial quotation, and comply with HPD’s safety conditions during project execution. Any delay caused by the client in granting access, payments, or technical information delivery may affect delivery times and will not be HPD’s responsibility.
